In other words, how may I be provided the option to choose different bittorrent clients installed on my computer, rather than the torrent files automatically being downloaded by only one client? With most torrents now, the files are automatically being downloaded to uTorrent, and without asking the location of where I wish the files to be downloaded.

To set up your computer to be provided choices of BitTorrent clients and file locations before downloading torrent files, you can do the following:
Right-click on a torrent file and select "Open With" or "Choose another app" (depending on your Windows version).
From the list of programs, choose the BitTorrent client you want to use or click on "More apps" to see additional options.
If the desired client is not listed, click on "Look for another app on this PC" to browse and select the .exe file of the desired client.
Check the box that says "Always use this app to open .torrent files" if you want to set it as the default client.
This way, you will be given a choice of BitTorrent clients and can also select the location where you want the files to be downloaded.
Please advise on the BitTorent client. Where I can find it?

The software is available for downloading through the official website or through the application's page at Software Informer. Both sources have the latest version available for for download. Use the links below to download the application.
Yes, you can encrypt the VPN traffic through a VPN. It's the most secure and convenient way because a VPN can be stable and fast. I would avoid using proxies because they're not stable and you don't know who manages them. However, you can buy VPN subscriptions from various websites. I do not recommend using the free ones because no torrent is supported and because of their speed. A private VPN with active subscription will always give you top speed and maximum connectivity.
For example, there is CyberGhost that you can use with your torrent. These services provide their own desktop client to connect, then you can start the torrent client to download.
I already tried downloading those torrents through different browsers. Still I get the same error.

Some users said this is a problem with the browsers, but it has been reported that even the change of browser still displays the same error. In the final, the actual problem is related to the TORRENT file itself. The server that's issuing the torrent files isn't working just fine and because of that the files are corrupted. Try to download the torrent files from another source. It has been reported that the change of torrent source, overcomes this error and the download starts (if there are enough peers). If you keep receiving the same error after all these, switch to uTorrent instead.
You can search on Google for a public tracker for your movie. Download the desired .torrent movie file to your drive by clicking Download or a similar button. The file will be opened into your torrent software and the download will begin after you will confirm this by pressing OK.
You need to acquire a suitable BitTorrent client such as µTorrent or qBittorrent. Also choose the download file which has more seeders and less peers and keep the bandwidth of higher prioritized file to high and the rest to low. Go to Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall > Allow a program or feature through Windows Firewall, check BitTorrent applications from Allowed programs and features box and click OK. You can configure your BitTorrent port number to a greater number than 10000.
Is there any proxy software program for BitTorrent? Or maybe some proxy settings?

there might be something about the port forwarding, or the lack of seeders.
